First of all you must download Pangu 10.3.1- 10.3 IPA
- step 1: connect your device to PC
- step 2: Open Cydia Impactor
- step 3: Now select Pangu IPA and drop it into Cydia Impactor
- step 4: enter your apple ID and password and wait for IPA sign complete
- step 5: then go to Settings> General> Profile and find Pangu app and tap trust
